1) Email and communication preferences
If you no longer wish to receive non-essential communications from OrbiMax, you can request an opt-out by emailing us. Please include the email address you used on the website and a short description of your request.
- Stop non-essential updates: ask us to stop sending non-essential emails.
- Continue service replies: we may still respond to messages you initiate, or to requests required to complete a scope you asked for.
- Change the channel: request that we contact you by a preferred channel if practical (email or phone).
2) Cookies and tracking controls
This site avoids third-party analytics scripts by default. Cookie preferences may be managed through a cookie tool loaded locally by the website and through browser settings.
2.1 Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block cookies, clear stored cookies, and manage site permissions. If you block all cookies, some site features (like remembering preferences) may not work as expected.
2.2 “Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because standards vary, we treat it as a preference indicator rather than a binding technical standard.
3) Marketing opt-out
OrbiMax aims to keep communications practical and limited. If you receive messages you consider promotional, you can request that we stop such messages by contacting us and stating “Marketing opt-out.”
4) Data-related requests
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. For privacy-related requests, include:
- your full name and the email address you used
- the request type (access, correction, deletion, etc.)
- any relevant time range or context
We may ask for additional information to verify identity. We may also retain minimal records required for compliance and security.
